Hard to see how that could have been any better.”

“My car had engine trouble and I needed it sorted urgently as I was due to be driving to Scotland two days later. I called into GMS motors on Saturday afternoon on the off chance that someone might be there , as I was panicking about the car engine light staying on and my car had lost its power. I had used GMS before when they passed my old campervan MOT. Luke appeared and the garage was actually closed. He saw I was upset and reassured me by running a check on the fault checking system. He found the fault was a clogged diesel filter. He said to come back on the Monday morning the next day , just before I was due to drive to Scotland. After a couple of attempts he managed to resolve the problem with his machine and it regenerated and unblocked the filter. Took about half an hour. He was very busy , but he kept his promise and took the time out to sort my car out. It now drives like a racing car with so much more power. A knowledgeable mechanic who went the extra mile to help when I was desperate. Definitely recommend Luke”

No one was able to help, but Av auto centre got me in ASAP, all the guys here super friendly and they were totally honest in saying what parts I did and didn't need replacing, . Totally recommend and in all honesty I'm half considering making the drive up here next time my car needs to go into the garage because the service has been much better than I've ever received elsewhere! Keith arranged to collect my car and it was repaired within 3 days (happy me). Recently I had a water leak, was unsure whether it was coolant matrix or a pipe. Keith prepared me for the worst case scenario, but made my day when it was a pipe issue only. Repaired within 48 hours and even dropped back to my home. I would 100% recommend this company.”
