I was skeptical in all honesty but I was proved wrong! Just 3 sessions changed me from the girl who said "I'll never get on a plane ever again" to the woman who has been able to enjoy many family holidays abroad now with my husband and our 2 young children. This meant so much to me but means even more these last 2 years after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 31, a mother of a 5 month-old and a 3 year-old. As 18 months of gruelling treatment including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, a double mastectomy, double reconstruction and an oopherectomy came to an end I realised that the hardest part of my journey was still to come - adjusting to my 'new' life and body but mostly the overwhelming fear of dying and leaving my babies without their Mum. I couldn't sleep nor get on with daily tasks because of exhaustion and debilitating anxiety. I got back in touch with Tracy and once again she has made a massively positive impact on mine and my family's life, teaching me more effective ways of thinking and various relaxation methods.
