“This clinic is so kind and professional. I went here to terminate a pregnancy due to age and the staff made sure I was comfortable, heard and looked after. They made sure I had all the right medication a day prior and day of, told me all the risks and side effects and made sure this decision was right for me. I had the conscious sedation which means I was sleepy for the procedure. When I was getting ready the two lovely nurses Tracey and Eileen helped look after me, they made sure I was dressed in my gown and had all my things in a little basket for afterwards. Once ready, another nurse called Becky lead me over to the main room where I met two more nurses Milly and Charlotte. As well as the surgeon Ammet (I hope i have spelt that right) All nurses and doctors helped me feel so comfortable with small talk, and light hearted conversation as well as praise. The procedure didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, it was just a bit uncomfortable. Afterwards I was lead into a room with armchairs and again Tracey and Eileen looked after me, checking my blood pressure and pulse. They offered me hot drinks, cold drinks and some snacks. If you are scared, this clinic will help make you feel so safe. Thank you to everybody there :)”

“Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital who worked tirelessly to save my daughters life all staff were very supportive, helpful and knowledgable and I felt very supported and cared about while my baby girl went through three major open heart operations and was very sick in intensive care for multiple other conditions for other major organs and was in hospital for 4 and a half months. The cardiac surgeons, doctors and specialist cardiac nurses were all absolutely amazing especially when my baby needed emergency surgeries. All teams I had support from were outstanding and caring and kind during a very stressful and emotional time. Thank you with all my heart for all of your hard work and support which is ongoing and will be throughout my daughter's childhood. I will never forget how loved and welcome you made us feel and genuinely cared so much and put every effort into helping my baby girl. Thank you so much.”
