When the parcel did arrive the courier hadn’t taken notice of the fragile markings and had unfortunately damaged the panel significantly. When I got in contact and sent photos, Kate was extremely helpful in sorting the issue and immediately arranged for a new panel to be manufactured with no quibbling.
