I was seen by Dr Imran and dental nurse Adela. What can I say other than exceptional care, Dr Imran explained everything in detail, took an x-ray and explained the process. Before I attended I was fearful of the extraction being a wisdom tooth. However Dr Imran took care and spoke to me throughout as to what was happening. I must say, before I realised the tooth was out in no time and with very little discomfort. Before leaving, Dr Imran went through everything I needed to do to ensure that the gum heals properly. “the best vets in my experience for small animals. i have used first vets on several occasions now for my guinea pigs, the most recent being for an emergency. we were able to get an emergency appointment within half an hour of phoning. the vets are not only knowledgeable but so kind as well. i have experienced different vets surgeries in the past who are afraid of small animals or have refused to touch them but nothing compares to the care both my guinea pig and i received at first vets. the vet we saw talked us through our options and didn’t make us feel rushed to make a decision. unfortunately, my guinea pig was put down but they handled her with dignity and respect, wrapping her in a clean blanket for me to take her home in. i must also praise the reception staff as well, who were so genuinely kind and compassionate. we were so very well looked after on a truly awful evening, i really am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet practice in my area.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND. First time using the laundrette service and the lady was most helpful. Used the washer and then the dryer for duvet and pillows and they came out lovely and clean. Machines do not take card payment but the laundrette have enough change to cover. Will definitely use this laundrette again.”
