“Changed to Brentknoll after poor service from previous vets who I had been with for over 20 years. They could not get my dog in for check up for an ear infection as deemed it "non urgent" and could only offer me appointments several days later (initially called on the Saturday and told to call back Monday and then when called back on the Monday was only offered their practice 8 miles away or the next day - by which time my dog was in agony). Brentknoll were lovely from the moment I called and got me in within a couple of hours. Lovely service and sorted her out so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Transferred to Brentknoll from now on and will avoid the other vets like the plague!”

“From the moment I made contact with the team at Solihull, It seemed that I mattered. At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy.
