Only slightly negative is communication - they explained they would need to work out how much the job would cost and would call me back in 15 minutes. 3 hours later I hadn’t had a call, so chased, and then they got back to me 2 hours later. Also had to wait 45 mins longer than they said while my car was being finished off. With that being said, all the staff were really nice and the repairs were done to a high standard - so 5* from me!”

The salon was amazing, all the areas were clean and the natural lighting of the building windows give the area such a great atmosphere. There is plenty of seating to wait if needed, and a very large (and yummy) selection of hot drinks to choose from. When I was getting my hair washed, I was pleasantly surprised to find the chairs at the wash stations had a massage option! While I was at the chair getting dried and cut, Kacey was very lovely and consulted with what i wanted very thoroughly. She made sure I was happy before moving on at every step. The entire experience from the moment i walked in to the moment i left was just amazing. Kacey was very thorough, professional and kind all the way through.
