“We stopped here for a Sunday roast, plenty of parking. On entry, we were greeted by staff, very friendly and said we could pick a table and then order at the bar. Food came quickly and was very nice. Will be back again soon.”

“So happy to have come across Ethel and Bert’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anna is so considerate of the dogs and their experience whilst in her care. Our girls tend to be nervous little souls but I could tell on just our second visit how excited they were to see Anna again. I was desperate for some help with our two small fur babies teeth. I wish I had a before and after because I couldn’t believe the difference! Teeth are lovely and white, and breath much better. We’ve also had them in for a deshed and trim, and they both came out looking/smelling amazing. Will continue to use and recommend Ethel and Bert’s with no hesitation! Thankyou!!”

“This has to be the best theme park food we've ever had. The pizza was cooked to perfection. Not only did it look great, it tasted amazing too. Our daughter is normally very fussy about pizzas from restaurants, and she ate all but one piece all by herself. This will be our new go to place for food when at Drayton Manor Theme Park.”

“I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station. I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation. A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET! As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is. It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(”
