Dr Parulekar and Dr McDermott showed compassion from the minute they came to see us for the preop chat all the way through to discharge - everything was explained clearly and all answered were asked with no hesitation. The staff in the anaesthesia room were all brilliant calmed myself and my toddlers nerves. All nurses caring for her were brilliant.
