“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

He installed a new boiler at my house within 2 days of the old one being beyond repair. That boiler had been serviced and maintained by Tony for 17 years, so that goes to show the quality of his work!”
