“My son started at Conifers when he was 2. He chose Conifers! We were looking for a nursery and when we went to Conifers for a visit he sat to play and didn't want to leave. The staff was always polite and helpful. In the lockdown they called regularly to check on him and also prepaid activities that he could do at home. They always showed much care and patience and I appreciated them for that. He had a good start at Conifers.”

“Wild lives forest school has been an invaluable experience for the first years of my daughter’s life. She looks forward to the sessions every week and when we are on holiday she even asks to go to forest school! She has made her very first friends here and as a parent it’s given me an opportunity to connect with like minded parents(carers). The sessions are open ended with some suggested activities that you can do on your own time (or spend the entire session jumping in puddles), that’s the real beauty of the sessions it’s led by your child. Learning happens through play but Laura (forest school leader) is always at hand to give you extra information about any curiosities. For example last week she helped us look for mushrooms and talked to us about mushroom safety. If I had the choice I would send my daughter to forest school everyday!”

“Excellent family owned nursery next to two beautiful parks. My daughter has been to 3 different nurseries and this was by far the best (better than Ofsted Outstanding ones too). Staff go above and beyond every day to provide the best possible experience for the children in a safe and fun environment. It's a relatively small nursery and so the children get a lot of attention (and clothing items never get lost!) E.g. they take the kids to the local parks regularly and help organise a birthday party for each child to celebrate with their friends (with games, dancing, face painting etc) which they wouldn't be able to do at home with Covid restrictions. My daughter adores her teachers and has come a long way since she's joined ABC. She made lots of friends, built her confidence and developed important life skills. I couldn't recommend enough!”
