Got to the salon and had a friendly greeting, I believe I was seen earlier than my time which was amazing, Lisa took me in for a wash followed by the the haircut section. Offered me a drink thrice bless her and worked her magic. Advised me on the products and kept on engaging in a friendly conversation. Even took a sample of my hair to test on for colouring which I will hopefully book in 4-8 weeks. Honestly, one of my top 5 best experiences. What an amazing salon from start to end, the service was brilliant. Thank you Lisa :)ā

āMy mother has been shopping at O&P Fashions since before I was born. We would get all our outfits from Auntie Beena's store back in the 80's and 90's. As me and my sister are both married and live in the south now we tend to shop else where. Last year I came home and mum said let's go to Beena's as i needed suits for myself my daughters and my mother inlaw. Honestly I had forgotten how much I loved this store and the clothing. They have so much choice and something for each age group. Since then if I see anything on line I either ask my mum to pick it up or as I did yesterday I purchased on line. The suit I purchased is absolutely stunning and it was sent next day, so I received it this morning and I'm so pleased with it. The girls are so helpful and so on it with every detail ( i forgot about linning) . So thank you, I love shopping with them as its like a bit of home for me.ā

They had arrived via post last week and he couldnāt figure out why they werenāt the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this yearās model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. Heās now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he wonāt have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!ā
