“We order from via their website or just eat. I was recommended this place for their garlic base pizza. Now we order from here pretty much every Saturday. We have never had a bad meal from them everything has always been perfect and always delivered hot. We don’t order from any other pizza place. My only small problem is some times when we order a sweet chill dip we get one that is sometimes different to the usual one that we’re not very keen on but other than that everything is always delicious.”

“Very quiet, but that's England at the moment. Chicken tikka jalfrezi was great and washed down with a couple of Cobra...what more could you want! Lovely waiter as well, remembered me from my first visit. Back again today, Tuesday 5th September....had the chicken signature dish and the best chilli and coriander naan I think I have ever had! The place has plenty of capacity and Cobra on draft!”

“We were served by Chloe. The selfservice screens were not working so we had to wait. Chloe apologised took our order. Our fires were warm and they were changed for hot ones, mayonnaise and spicy mayo given due to the wait. Chloe demonstrated great customer service skills and we want to thank her for her service”

“Absolutely amazing burritos with so much flavour. The staff are also absolutely lovely. I had ordered online and they had phoned to let me know when the delivery driver had left with the food. Honestly will be eating there in the future, so great.”

“This hotel is simply brilliant. I have now stayed here FOUR times in my life. My only complaint is that it is in Birmingham. However, this is outweighed by the many fantastic fortunes associated with staying here. The service is extremely exciting, with reception members often unexpectedly dropping into my room at late hours of the night when all lights are turned off - a fun and lighthearted surprise! I heard them reorganising my possessions and felt one worker checking my pulse while I slept, which was very reassuring to know my safety is a priority. Another safety measure met here is ensuring all visitors are vaccinated - at approximately 10pm I received a surprise vaccination at the bar, however I do not know what illness it was protecting me from as I quickly fell asleep; however, staff still kindly escorted me to my room and helped me undress for bed. Overall a brilliant experience - I am highly satisfied with the care and support offered by staff. At this hotel, I feel truly loved.”
