“I broke a tooth at the weekend, now Thursday, I tried my usual practice bhandals Blackheath where the only appointment I could get was in 2 weeks. I've tried a couple times to see if I could get a cancellation with no luck. I considered Cradley but thought I'd try here as it is only round the corner from me. They couldn't have been more helpful, the receptionist explained the dentist only did minor routines like fillings which is what I hopefully needed, and told me to go straight round. The dentist Shampa I believe her name, was so nice, explained everything as she did it and asked if it was OK before proceeding with anything, checking all the time I was OK. Thank you so much I can relax over the Easter period now knowing my tooth won't break anymore leaving me in pain. Also thnx to the receptionist very nice and chatty, now that makes a change. Shame you're only open 2 days a week.”

“Been for a second time to see the lady therapist down stairs (forgot her name how rude of me ) as my dentist left i had a bad experience years before which left me terrified and a couple of missing teeth which led me to an eating dissorder i have got to say she is so so nice ive struggled for ages embarrassed too but really no need she is marvelous and so kind gentle no judgment its down to her that i can finally eat better long way to go yet but am on the road to being myself again and now i go in no tears no body shakes and she always gives a hug when i leave dont be afraid go see her she is marvelous”

“Can’t understand why this hospital has such bad reviews on Google. I have used Spire Little Aston on a few occasions and the staff have only ever been friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The hospital itself is quiet, calming, and immaculately clean. The only complaint I can make is it can be difficult to find a parking space during busy periods. I find it easier to get a train to Blake Street Station and walk from there.”

The dentist was absolutely brilliant kept stopping to ask if I was ok and made me feel very reassured every step of the way. Even offered to turn the music up incase the noise of drill was too much. 10/10”
