By chan e on a day off I visited City Jewellers and spoke to a lovely member of staff called Chris. She asked what I had in mind and I explained the specific style I was hoping to find. I was offered a seat and Chris went to find something that matched my requirements. I never expected to find 'the one' that day. But I did. It was the first ring I saw. I just knew it was perfect. I had it resized and was told a few weeks, but it was available early. I asked if they would hold onto it for me due to my plans to propose being further away, and they did. Amazing service. As recommended byJay, I need a bit more complex work to be done, which I will have done at the dental hospital, due to health issues.
