“I honestly have never had a pharmacy that has been so incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to be understanding and helpful in ways I've never had at previous chemists. To feel acknowledged on a personal level is something we have seemingly lost in the health care sector over the years, however the personal level of service is not lost here. Best decision I made was to reach out to this chemist over 12 months ago, and I've not had a single issue. Including support for my child who has autism and SPD, and they always make sure her medication is always sourced for her so she is able to take it.”

The staff are obviously very busy and stressed, however throughout this the staff remained calm, professional, and patient, handling even rude customers with grace. I even witnessed one customer slam their hand down on the counter due to having to wait for their prescription. Despite the pressure, they ensured I was well taken care of. Highly recommend!”
