“Went on Saturday with my severe needle phobia (long history) daughter who desperately wanted her belly button pierced. We’ve been somewhere else where it was a no go. Called The Maxx after hearing good things about them. Popped in at told to do, Wow (I think it was Tash) was amazing, so understanding, patient and caring, talked and explained everything to my daughter, told her we’ll go your speed when your ready, it took 3 attempts but she did it, my daughter was crying with joy. Tash and the team you are fantastic and I can’t thank you enough. One very happy daughter !!”

“What a great day x i’ve just had an amazing tattoo by the very talented jinx!!! After leaving a gap of 26 years between tattoos as you can imagine, I was very nervous. Jinx put me at ease as soon as I walk through the door. With a friendly welcome and an offer of a cup of coffee.. jinxed took me through the process one step at a time. She put me at ease with the most amazing design which was better than I ever dreamt it could be. My daughter had warned me that I needed to take entertainment with me due to it being an all day sitting. The iPad was left in my bag all day as myself and jinx put the world to rights and never stop talking. Jinx could read her customer well she was able to tell when they needed a break. I personally don’t think jinx really understands how amazing her art work is it’s incredible. The tattoo studio was clean, warm and friendly There’s a group of staff There that make you feel at home and more importantly at ease. All that’s left to say is a big thanks to jinx you’re truly amazing and as Schwarzenegger would say I’ll be back xxx”

She makes you feel at ease and relaxed, the shop is clean as well as all the equipment they use! They also have a great range of aftercare items to buy, I brought some and used them daily whilst my tattoo was healing and it really helped. My tattoo is still looking amazing. “Easy to find with parking right outside, we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The world's most comfortable armchairs as you go in, Valera shifted her equipment around so that I didn't have to move (I have mobility issues). The atmosphere is so chilled and relaxed, I dozed off whilst my tattoo was being done. Work is very clean and crisp and she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. Then it was Da Boss's turn for her birthday tattoo, so I snuggled down in my armchair and literally slept for just over an hour - those chairs are so damned comfy! We're already booked in with Alex for next month and I have my eye on a few of Valera's other designs. Highly recommended, first class friendly service.”
