“can't you give 6 stars*? I bought a chromed basin waste to replace my old one.. bought the parts from another store only to find .. (after getting everything off).. that my original basin waste is 10mm longer than the usual 80mm ones available.. Tried searching on the net and I find a lot of merchants do not give all of the dimensions of these wastes; only the diameter.. A local plumbers merchant could not help but recommended City Plumbers. I'm desperate now and need the same fitting.. So I went there and got immediate and friendly help.. After only a few minutes (didn't get his name unfortunately) he came back with an identical part. So pleased! Overall a very pleasing end to an anxious moment. I am keeping this place on my list!”

“Andrew fitted a new hot water tank for me 8 years ago. He’d left a sticker on the tank with his details. When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. Andrew communicated brilliantly with regard to arrival times, identified the source of the leak immediately,, even though it was hidden and was able to sort it out quickly. I would have no hesitation. In recommending him.”

“I contacted Summit Plumbing & Heating to replace a kitchen tap, and complete repairs to our toilet system and an outside tap. Mark responded very quickly - and completed the work later that day. Mark was very professional, friendly and communicated what the issues were. A tidy worker and reasonably priced. He also gave me some advice on how to improve my central heating system. I will definitely be using his services again.”
