“My Home Emergency insurance claimed that my boiler couldn't be repaired, as parts are no longer available. Therefore, I invited 3 local gas engineers to quote for replacing said boiler. The first engineer inspected the boiler, but agreed that repair wasn't possible and provided a quote. Then, two days later, Matthew Humphries arrived on scene, worked his magic and carried out a fantastic repair!!! Excellent service, clear explanations without confusing me with 'jargon', and fair pricing! Matthew was also readily helpful and reassuring, when I had to complain to my reluctant insurance in order to claim reimbursement of the repair costs.”
