“can't you give 6 stars*? I bought a chromed basin waste to replace my old one.. bought the parts from another store only to find .. (after getting everything off).. that my original basin waste is 10mm longer than the usual 80mm ones available.. Tried searching on the net and I find a lot of merchants do not give all of the dimensions of these wastes; only the diameter.. A local plumbers merchant could not help but recommended City Plumbers. I'm desperate now and need the same fitting.. So I went there and got immediate and friendly help.. After only a few minutes (didn't get his name unfortunately) he came back with an identical part. So pleased! Overall a very pleasing end to an anxious moment. I am keeping this place on my list!”

“I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days).
