Dr Panesar spent lots of time making sure my teeth were moving correctly, explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. Being able to have appointments on a Saturday also made the process of having Invisalign a lot easier as I wasn’t having to fit my appointments around work. The price was all explained up front when I went for a consultation and there were no hidden costs.”

“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”

Nurse Ifat was also wonderful very efficient and encouraging, which really helped since I was a bit nervous. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. “Was referred here for an extraction. I called on Monday and was offered a consultation appointment on Thursday at 5.45pm as there was a cancellation. I was surprised but pleased that they have such late appointments. Also, parking in their car park is free after 5 pm. The staff were really friendly and welcoming throughout. The dentist talked me through everything and answered questions about my teeth. He gave great advice and said he would write to my dentist with recommendations. I got another cancellation and was able to book my extraction for 11 am, the next day. The dentist and nurse were fantastic again, explaining and talking me through everything they did. The extraction was straightforward and didn't take long. The nurse then talked me through the aftercare and answered all my questions. I can not recommend the service at the dental hospital more highly. Thank you to all concerned.”
