As recommended byJay, I need a bit more complex work to be done, which I will have done at the dental hospital, due to health issues. However when that has been completed, I look forward to returning to Browns, for Jay to complete the rest of my treatment. Browns are definitely worth every one of those 5 stars. At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”

“First review (updated below this): As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow. I'm nervous about going to the dentist about this, but her professionalism really put me at ease! The Follow up: The receptionist who greeted me on the day of my appointment was lovely and helpful. The dentist and the assistant were both very good, too. I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist talked me through everything, she was patient with me and helped me calm down as I was very nervous (I've never had a tooth removed before). Any questions I had were answered well and the procedure was quick and painless (just unpleasant because of the pressure on the bone when being removed, but that wasn't down to the dentist being negligent, she did everything perfectly). No negative experiences whatsoever, I will be happy to continue going here for my regular check ups! (Thank you to the staff for the speed in which everything was done).”
