“We went to Diamond Heaven in Birmingham to buy birthday gifts. We were served by Baseem who really helped us select them. Nothing was too much trouble and he showed us all the different styles. He helped us choose a design which is a pear shaped diamond in a halo setting and it is absolutely outstanding. My granddaughter said it was her best shop ever. Another chose a pear shaped diamond in a simple claw setting which is stunning. We were so pleased we returned and were served by Sofija who was equally helpful.
