He is so knowledgable and produces his own herbal blends which can help with many issues. My very anxious and fussy collie is on the Focus Blend and has recently moved onto Akela raw food and the complete food, on Matt's advice, which she loves, licks her bowl clean every time now. “Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

She is so professional and yet so friendly and approachable. Even though she has probably seen dozens of other clients that day she really makes you feel like her only customer. When my lock broke on my upvc door as the hadn't got the actual lock in stock they lent me a temporary lock until the correct lock was delivered .. they also mended part of the latch mechanism free of charge which had come adrift.
