“Arrived at opening time without an appointment and was seen straight away. Only needed one tyre replacing but the team were fully booked. Pat took his time to call around every other local dealership to see if anyone could fit me in. Even though they couldn’t I really appreciated this gesture and great service. I got a call at around midday to say that they had managed to fit me in and the tyre was changed. Can’t thank Pat and the team enough. Bravo.”

Very well presented, clean tidy reception, listen and polite/ friendly, helpful, useful advice and very efficient. This time Warning lights came on night before I popped in, very busy time for me work and home next few days when I really need my car. Very polite, helpful young man got me booked in the following morning, then next day again very polite, efficient, kept me well informed/ offered choices and all done by lunchtime, brake pads, disks and 2 tyres... Work and invoice all walked through at collection too - brilliant. My daughter and sister also now come here.”

“Finally I found a garage that I can trust and it's local. After a last minute cancellation by a franchise garage, friend of mine recommended Kwik Fit Bearwood. I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing!
