“Hi guys at Zem Motors I just wanted to say what an excellent and brillant experience and sevice yet again. I was writing the review and saw the negative reviews and was disappointed to see what was written. Mohammad Atif from my gathering is not even a customer and a friend of Waqas Arshad whom I was present in the shop when this issue was raised. I remeber you telling me when I had my battery replaced to keep it serviced ensure a filter is installed and that neglectful driving is not tolerated I know on many occasions you will still warranty out a battery but it is also true that this is not sustainable if a customer is constantly neglectful. You lads provide a great service locally and I will always recommend you but it is very hurtful to see a coalition of gentlement trying to tarnish your name just becuase something did not go their way. To use fake accounts and create a false narative is absolutley abhorent use of someones time and a clear violation of Google protocol and services one which I will personally be reporting. To everyone reading anything Hybrid or for that matter anything at all automotive give the lads a shout and they will handle it if not they will go out the way and help you get it sorted even if they dont gain from it thats the type of shop they are. Local services to local people at affordable rates. Keep up the hard work and Look forward to seeing you again shortly. Shame on those with time to try and tear down hard working people.”

“After a slight coming together in a car park we had a scuff on the plastic bumper and wing. There was also a small dent on the other wing where a door or similar had impacted. Took the car to Pete after a recommendation from the other party in the car park mishap. All I can say is that Pete is an old school master of his craft. Faultless repairs based on a working lifetime of knowledge and experience. Went to collect the car and saw that it had been fully washed with some tyre dressing to enhance the results. First class repair at a very reasonable price. Pete seems a really decent chap and was happy to chat about cars as I’m bit of a car geek. Cheers Pete.”

I will say this, there has been some occasions where they didn't turn up when they said they would. But they are very professional and when them times do happen they apologise.
