“Came to Halifax for the day from a week's holiday in Hebden Bridge. Came for late lunch/early dinner and was pretty empty. A few of our party went for the 2 courses for £18 which was good value. We had the mozzarella sticks which are always a crowd pleaser. The beef tacos were really tasty with great crunch from the pomegranate seeds - a lot more filling than expected. The chicken fajitas were also full of flavour. Good pints of Sam Adams. We had a gluten free member and the staff were extremely accommodating (bringing the manager over to take their order specifically felt slightly too much but we understand why). Overall a really great meal, despite no tequila and it feeling like there was an earthquake every 5 mins (assuming the cinema was the culprit!).”

“Always have a great meal at Da Sandro. The last time we went there were a few delays from waiting staff and we were told the drink was coke zero (we checked twice) only to be told by someone else that they didn't stock that. However didn't take away from the pleasure of our meal.”

“Visited on bank holiday Monday with my friend and my 10 month old son. We sat outside so their was plenty of room, there didn’t seem to be high chairs here but that wasn’t much of a problem as my son just sat on my knee. Lovely food and a coffee. Really well priced. FOR THE OTHERS I know food really well round halifax and was struggling to find a decent place as all the others were too sloppy with oil and grease and the cuts of meat were poor, and didn’t tase fresh. The portion size was good but the quality was not there. TIAN TIAN This place is amazing in every way, they have managed to get a great balance of flavours while retaining the correct consistency, and everything tasted fresh, with no oil or grease And the portion size was nice and generous Thank you I’ll be back”

“Fabulous ! There's no other word that describes this take away any better! My friend had lived in West Vale years ago and we wanted a take out, he remembered Mohs but not just where it was. Naturally we went the wrong way but what a find ! The staff are delightful, offered to make or change any dish to our taste. A really pleasant young man served us & our food was ready in no time. It was delicious & very generous portions so well be back without a doubt. It's a bit tucked away as tge only shopfront with steps which are quite steep but we'll worth the effort of getting up them! Massive thanks to all at Moh's, an absolute King of Curries !!!”
