“My little boy started here in September and has settled in so well. He literally runs into nursery now and bangs on the door. The staff are really warm and friendly, they helped me loads with his settling in. He has really bonded with the staff in his room and his key worker. I feel really comfortable knowing he is in their care. They all love children and he just loves them. Communication was great, a CT scan and surgery were arranged really quickly, any questions, concerns and needs acted on straightaway, and everything possible was done to minimise stress and handling. The surgery was precise and fully successful, post-op bandaging was particularly impressive and didn’t move a millimeter despite his ... energy levels!
