“Have visited temujin various times over the years has been a while since we last visited. Sunday afternoon tea/dinner 4pm. quiet inside only 1 other table eating so quick to be seated. 5 mins or so to get drinks ordered. As we went for the endless stir fry rice was delivered with the drinks and off we went. large range of options on oils sauce spice etc for cooking the raw ingredients you pick. good range of protein and veg with the odd choice (kangaroo) for today. large variety of desserts to choose from. Will be visiting again.”

The prices were very reasonable, given the very high quality of the food and the excellent ambience. Will definitely use again on any future visit to the lovely, welcoming town of Hebden Bridge.”

“We had dinner here before going to see the Lion King at The Alhambra. The food was delicious, we had a cold mixed started and a sharing mixed platter followed by some tea afterwards. All of the food was really tasty, I nearly asked for some more bread for the starter, but was glad I didn’t as I wouldn’t have been able to eat as much of the main then! The meat was tender and succulent! Yum.”

“Buon Apps is situated in a beautiful location next to the River Wharfe. The food we had was of a very high standard, and we were really impressed by the service. The restaurant has a great vibe about it and feels very authentic. Prices are slightly above average. There is a small section inside the main restaurant where you can buy genuine Italian chocolate and biscuits. Buon Apps comes highly recommended. There is ample car parking right next to the restaurant.”

“An amazing night at Caspian! Started with such a warm and welcoming service, followed by the most delicious fresh food. I had the Kleftiko and it literally fell off the bone. It was stunning, every part of the dish was quality, right down to the salad and rice. We also had the cold and hot mezze - it took us right back to our holidays in Turkey. All of the staff and the head chef were so friendly and lovely, took the time to chat to us and even gave us complimentary desert and tea. Can’t recommend it enough, the atmosphere is great and you can tell that the people who run it are so passionate about creating amazing food and giving their customers an unreal experience! “Came here as part of a trio for an after work meal. Have never eaten at a Thai restaurant before so have nothing to compare too - however the food was incredible. Full of flavour, good solid portion sizing and for what I ordered - very well priced too. Had a starter of spring rolls (you got 4) followed by Sesame Chicken & Rice. The staff were lovely and so polite - service was a little slow as there was a few customers in but honestly with how good the food was and the staff being so friendly I didn't mind at all. Would definitely revisit if back working in Huddersfield again”

I've been enjoying a curry for over 50 years in the heavy woolen area and I can honestly say it's one of the best takeaways I've had and I've tried quite a few. It reminds me of the Shama in Dewsbury I frequented in the 70s. I've had 5 from here and each meal was spot on. Top quality ingredients and generous portions. Well done Shama, my go to curry house from now on!”

“Just a last minute decision to go out, and saw this place As soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed and the staff were so attentive. Great choice of dishes to suit all tastes. The food is freshly cooked and served hot in stainless steel puts with lids to keep them warm. They do not serve alcohol, but I can recommend the mango lassie, great flavour. All in all a pleasant experience, and we would go again.”
