“Wow… this was incredible! We had been meaning to visit for a while and now wish we had been sooner. The food was cooked fresh to order and could be smelt from where we were sat. The food was served within 15 minutes of ordering and was so delicious and flavourful. We highly recommend and will definitely be returning!”

“I prebooked for the special Fiesta menu for 11 people on a Wednesday evening at 6pm. Although we had to choose the dishes in advance (understandable to avoid 11 people ordering individual tapas), the communication was very good and the process worked well, including the pre-ordering of drinks at a reduced rate. Although there was a warning that 'no-shows' would be penalised with a £10 per head surcharge, we did not get charged for the one person who could not come, despite only giving 24 hours notice. This was much appreciated, although it may have been different if more people had cancelled, or they were only informed on the night. There was a vegetarian in our party and Ambiente were very accommodating, providing an extra portion of veggie paella and extra tapas dishes, including an excellent plant based 'meatball'. They were very impressed and not made to feel like second class citizens. The food was excellent from beginning to end, starting with the meat platter (separate veggie platter), through the chicken and chorizo paella (separate veggie paella), tapas and dessert course. The dessert 'tapas' were wonderful, with a great choice of tasty sweets. The only way that it could have been improved would have been to have a mini cheese selection or fresh fruit, for those with less of a sweet tooth, but I consider that to be a suggestion for improvement rather than a criticism. The service from Morgan / Morten and his team was exemplary from the moment that we arrived to when we left, making this a great evening. I have previously only been here as a couple or a small group, but I thoroughly recommend Ambiente for a Christmas night out.”

“Absolute must eat here! Fantastic food and drink! The food was great and very authentic. The staff spent time with us to talk, recommend foods and even the owner came out to give us wine recommendations, to which we ended up loving and buying the bottle! Such an authentic Italian with a great family atmosphere great for all occasions. We will be back, I cannot wait to try the pizzas next, the pasta dishes we ordered were perfect, cooked to PERFECTION! Cannot wait to be back!”

“Thai Palace left an absolutely fantastic impression on us. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted by the attentive staff, who made us feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional—efficient, friendly, and impressively quick. We were seated and served our drinks within a minute of arriving. The set lunch menu offers incredible value, with a starter and main course priced just under £15. Our food arrived remarkably fast, served piping hot and prepared with fresh ingredients. We waited less than 10 minutes for our starter, and our main followed shortly after. The presentation was equally impressive, showcasing great attention to detail. Though we typically opt for Chinese cuisine, this experience has completely won us over. The menu is extensive, and we are already planning our next visit to explore more dishes. The restaurant itself is stunning, featuring beautiful artwork, stylish tables, and elegant panelled walls. One standout detail was the impeccable cleanliness—it's clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the space. Without a doubt, Thai Palace has become our new favourite restaurant. “so peak, they're a bit expensive but they give you freebies sometimes, Donner kebab is top notch, delivery is very quick (ive had a kebab in 12 minutes before), pizza is good, chips are good. The cheesy chips here have a layer of cheese on the bottom and the top so its better than most others. Nothing to complain about, and the guys in the shop are really chill. I main this place, it's easily the best takeaway round here”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit here. The food was very tasty and portion size very generous to say the least. We will visit again. My wife had a large glass of white wine which appeared to be a medium size and it was £9.50, this was the only negative thing.”

“Clarks - wow! What an amazing find, worth a trip to Scarborough alone! From the understated exterior to the paired back interior, the focus is on service and food and Clarks delivers both in spades. We had the risotto “the best risotto i’ve ever had” and the Clarks Surf n Turf - an 8oz filet ( m rare ) and a half lobster. The steak was melt in the mouth delicious and the lobster - SO fresh, SO delicious. I think i could eat here every night and never become bored. An awesome place i implore everyone to visit. There’s also a free car park nearby in case Scarboros one Uber driver is busy. Essential 5*”

“Me and my partner ordered the £12.95 Thursday special each as we were a little hungry. The special included a starter, curry, rice, side and Naan - so we weren’t expecting a large portion for that price. We were so shocked at the food when we received it, the 2 Thursday night meals were beautiful and probably enough to feed a family of 5 comfortably. We recommend saffron and will return again!”

“I Visited kingswood Nandos tonight. my friend and I had not been to Nandos for years. We was greeted by a lovely young lady called Lillie we told her we wasn't sure how to order ect. Lillie kindly run through everything with us recommend a variety of foods and explained the different spice levels of the flavours. Lillie made us feel very welcome. All the lovely young ladies that served us and checked on us was brilliant. The service was exceptional and a credit to the restaurant. The food was very tasty, fresh and generous portions too. I would highly recommend the kingswood hull restaurant and I will definitely return.”

“Pizza tasted great and the twisted cheese dough balls are really good! Domino's overall is great and I've never had any issues. It looks overpriced at first but if you use the Domino's app you can get some great deals especially if you collect your food from the store. This Domino's is open till 5am which is great if your up all night and looking to order food! I definitely recommend trying the twisted cheese dough balls one of the best sides on the menu!”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for their special Valentine’s set menu, and it was a truly delightful experience. Each course was delicious. We had calamari and prawns to start, gnocchi with seabass for me and for my wife the lobster ravioli. My son loves the fudge cake and ice cream. The staffs were attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.”
