“We went early in the evening for dinner and had no reservations. Luckily someone who had reserved didn’t turn up and so we got a table. The food was absolutely delectable and lip smacking . I could click only two photos although we had ordered 3 appetisers and a main course. The Bruschetta with Bufala and Parma - Belliisomo…Pappardelle Guanciale Pistacchio E Stracciatella was a first time for me… it was nice but would have loved some more olive oil in it. The Calamari Frito was very good too and the chili garlic mayo added that zing..we also ordered the Insalata Balsamica … fresh rocket and salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and some onion make it a lovely accompaniment for fibre.. while I wanted to try a dessert, we were too full and hence didn’t . Prior reservations are highly recommended”

“A wonderful eating experience from start to finish. The decor and vibe of the place is stylish and relaxed. Went as a party of 4 (and a half) , 2 vegans, 1 veggi and 1 meat eater and we were all catered for. We also had my 3 month old son, who I felt completely at ease feeding in the restaurant and the staff were lovely with. Absolutely amazing vegan food! There's an entire separate menu, giving you so much choice. Beautifully presented, tastes sensational. The staff are genuine, attentive and professional. Will definitely be back. “It was my First time here after i hear ld a lot about this place, i decided to finally pay them a visit not as a business owner but as a customer We ordered two turkeys breakfast, it was absolutely delicious, it gives you a real Turkish experience, i had it before in Turkey and it looks exactly same. We offer a Kurdish mix breakfast which is a bit different so i liked it and the good thing that the staff informed us that we can refill the tea as much as we want and also they offered us a free bread with it after we finished our bread, The honey butter,flower jam was the best i have ever had. The lady staff was nice and welcoming. I highly recommended and wishing you all the best from Mood Cafe team”

“We came for our son’s 21st birthday and had a great time! It was our first visit, but won’t be the last. We ordered drinks at the bar before being taken to our table. Then the waiting staff showed us a tablet to order our food/drinks from. There were so many items to choose from, but sashimi wasn’t available on the lunchtime menu. We proceeded to choose our dishes and the food came pretty quickly! They were fresh and hot. The sushi dishes were nicely presented. You get to choose a limited number of dishes, then wait for these to arrive. Then you can choose again. The ordering closes half an hour before your table is up. We had 1.5 hours of eating time. The ambience was nice with good background music. We would definitely return again!”

“Really nice interior, great food, great drinks! The restaurant is very modern and the staff are friendly and attentive. The drinks were great, we tried a few cocktails. In particular all the drinks with mango were amazing, mango margarita wasn't too sweet which is the way I like it. Curries are complex and rich, and the starters are great.”

“One of the best pizza places I've been to in the UK, much above Domino's or Pizza Hut! Interior has a relaxed feel and menus are given right away, seating is comfortable too. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and the warm, welcoming staff, who create a sense of home that’s often missing in larger chain establishments. It offers an authentic dining experience that is a far cry from the typical greasy takeaway options that flood the market. The food is very tasty and authentic. This is not your typical horrible greasy, fake Chinese mush food that many people seem to enjoy from their local takeaway - like "fried rice" swimming in soy sauce with "sweet and sour reprocessed and regurgitated chicken testicles covered in diabetes sugar sauce". If you are one of those weirdos who likes that crap food (which is only served in Britain and ordered by British for some bizarre reason), then I don't recommend you come here. If, however, you like authentic home cooked style food and are open to trying something other than "sweet and sour chicken" then I recommend a visit and give it a try. Equally impressive is the selection of drinks. The teas we ordered were delightful, clearly made from high-quality leaves rather than the usual generic tea bags. It’s these little touches that enhance the dining experience. The staff members are incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers, which adds to the restaurant's charm. The cozy interior creates a homely atmosphere, making you feel right at ease. Another point worth mentioning is the cleanliness of the facilities. The bathrooms were spotless, reflecting the restaurant's overall attention to hygiene and detail. A clean bathroom is often a good indicator of a well-maintained kitchen. Overall, if you’re seeking an authentic, quality dining experience in Leeds, I highly recommend visiting this delightful establishment. You won’t be disappointed.”
