“Our first visit after my parents recommended it. We didn't book but we were accommodated straight away and shown to our table. After browsing the menu we chose the two courses for £9.90 . The starter arrived which was delicious followed by a lovely main course. The staff were nice and friendly.”

“Wow where do we start. Our waitress was really nice very helpful. The food was fantastic, we decided to go for the Emporer set menu what a great choice. We had sushi, fried chicken with wassbi mayonnaise black cod, steak, calamari and the deserts were really tasty. Pricey per person but the food and presentation was really good.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Almost Famous in Leeds. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the visually appealing, urban-style decor that created an inviting atmosphere. The fries were another delightful surprise. Crisp, golden, and seasoned just right, they were the perfect accompaniment to the burgers. The cocktails deserve a special mention. Creative, beautifully presented, and packing a punch, they added a touch of sophistication to our dining experience. The taste was sublime, indicating a real talent behind the bar. However, I must say, the service could have been a tad faster. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the waiting time for the food was a bit more than anticipated. I'd recommend having a bit of patience when you visit, but I assure you, the food is worth the wait. Later in the evening, the music volume increased, which made conversation a little challenging. But if you're a fan of lively atmospheres, this might actually add to your experience. In conclusion, Almost Famous delivers a deliciously memorable culinary experience, albeit with a slightly slow service and loud music. But, if you're up for excellent burgers, tasty fries, and outstanding cocktails, you should certainly give it a try!”

“I love Giorgios. Have been here a few times now. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and best of all authentic Italian food. They are also on Meerkat Meals which makes it very reasonable. The garlic bread is a must! Will be visiting again soon.”

“It isn’t often I give 5 star but this place deserves it! Before you even get chance to walk in the place, staff are already greeting you and asking how we were. The staff were friendly throughout the whole service and were very welcoming/accommodating as I had a young baby. The food was amazing! There is a large selection so there will definitely be something for everyone! On this occasion, we went for one of the set menus which is great value for what you get. The portions were perfect sizes and there was not a long wait time. If I lived in/near York, this place would definitely be a regular stop for me!”

“I had a great service from , and he was very helpful with informing me on the new deal I may be able to make use of and made my night fat more enjoyable. Although many orders came in, and it seemed tl be only him on front of house and back. Which increased my wait time a lot. Pizza hir should hire at least another person. You cannot have one person serving customers but also making the pizzas and cooking them for the other customers.”

“Service was very good, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Had a table for 2 on Saturday evening and had a really good time. Its been recently refurbished and they've done a great job of it. There's the bar area upstairs if you only want drinks or the restaurant downstairs if you're dining out, both refurbished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend paying a visit”

The samosa chaat was perfect, the mum's special curry was exactly what I was after - some authentic home style food, and the Fal was brilliantly spicy and tasty too. “HFC has to be my all time favourite for when I’m in need of a good tasty meal. I have tried a number of burgers, chicken & wraps from HFC which is based close to the Thornbury BD3 roundabout yards away from McDonalds. The service was quick and proficient with polite friendly staff and most importantly the food was extremely tasty & at a reasonable cost. Therefore I would highly recommend HFC to anyone that’s looking for a mouthwatering meal to pop down to HFC”
