“We got married in April 2025 and I chose Joshua Adams to create my custom tuxedo jacket. Jo looked after me and couldn't have done more to help make my thoughts a reality. We went for a green velvet jacket with custom gold and purple looking. Everything was made to measure and I had control over number and type of buttons, what kind of pockets, choice of lapel type. After some fitting sessions we landed on the perfect look for the wedding. I couldn't have been happier. In combination with my jacket, the off the shelf tuxedos were fantastic and we chose them for the groomsmen to wear. To tie the whole look together, Joshua Adams customised the backs of all of the waistcoats to match the lining of my jacket, using their in-house alteration services. They were also able to make bow ties and pocket squares using the material of my velvet jacket. All came together in the end, big thank you to Jo for making it happen.”

“This review is purely for Ash the manager not for USC or the business. had trouble at the till and I couldn’t get my order so left without my top but the money still left my account came back and spoke to ash without any hesitation he got on the phone to customer service was told I’d get money back same day still didn’t go in week later visited again he got on the phone again and still didn’t go in for another week. Ash responded to me out of work hours and did all he could for me. Money is in now but left me with uncertainty in future transactions with USC should not of gone of that far. “I ordered my wedding outfit from here and they were absolutely amazing, really helpful, friendly and guided me in the right direction as i was completely confused and unsure of what would look good ect it was a stress free process which is what you need for an upcoming wedding. I would most defiantly use and recommend them to everyone. The communication was great i was informed at all stages of my outfit being made, i was shown videos, pictures and called in for fitting an i was able to make changes as an when i wanted it was great!!”
