My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. I asked if she was able to make his coat more manageable for me to groom, but still keep the long coated shaggy look. Joanne listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and she did an amazing job, thinning out his coat in all the difficult areas.
