“Had to make several visits with Minnie in last three weeks to have various tests and she has been diagnosed with Diabetes, needing insulin twice a day. I was quite taken a back by the substantial costs l have had to pay for everything so far, for the consultations, the treatment, tests and medical equipment l had to purchase. I was expecting to pay, but not as much as I have done, and this is still ongoing. Having said that, I could not fault the excellent service and attention Minnie has received so far. 30th July 2025 - Had to visit the vet again today as Minnie is not eating well and still drinking a lot. I had concerns, because I wasn't sure of the amount of insulin dosage l should give her. I phoned them yesterday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call that evening, as the vet was at another practice .I did receive the call, and they suggested they would make appointment for today, as vet wanted to see her. I was very grateful for the quick response. Vet did some more tests today, and her glucose levels were much to high. They want her to be monitored, and suggested she spends a whole day with them under supervision, so she goes in on Tuesday next week. I cannot fault the attention they have been giving her, and I can see that they care about the animals and do all they can to help them live the rest of their lives in comfort and painless.”

“I needed to have an implant put in to replace a broken crown , I was looked after extremely well by Harry and the team of nurses. He explained everything very clearly both before the appointments by email and at every appointment that I went to. I was very apprehensive about having this work done, it was a long process from beginning to end but Harry made me feel calm and relaxed. “We had to bring our dog in for an emergency appointment, very early on a Sunday morning. Sadly, we had to have Harry put to sleep later that afternoon, but care and pain relief was given to him so we could take him home for one last walk. The team (Hannah and the lady on reception) were so kind throughout what was undoubtedly the hardest day of our lives, saying goodbye to our 15 year old dog.
