The online appointments were easy to book and the service was excellent. Results were back much more quickly than expected, apart from one. When we chased this, we had a result emailed to us within 5 minutes. The responsibility for ensuring our children could fly home for Christmas was huge and we had already been let down by one postal company (despite paying separately for a courier).
