I also appreciated the follow up call from her a few days later to see how I was getting on and whether I had any post op concerns to date. Excellent care from start (contact with the efficient secretaries) to finish.”

“Excellent! We are an independent boarding school and used this clinic for a number of our children who needed PCR tests prior to flying home for the Christmas holidays. The online appointments were easy to book and the service was excellent. Results were back much more quickly than expected, apart from one. When we chased this, we had a result emailed to us within 5 minutes. The responsibility for ensuring our children could fly home for Christmas was huge and we had already been let down by one postal company (despite paying separately for a courier). “Great repair service every time we’ve used them for a number of different vehicles. Today they did check of Citroen battery charging after recovery van checks suggested alternator needed replacing. They’d seen similar before and their experience suggested might all be ok. Which it seems to be. Refused payment for their checking. I was impressed.”

We had some difficulty with a subdivision on our property, but Nicky and her team went above and beyond to arrange with the leaseholders and the council about having an indemnity in place on this subdivision in our garden. Nicky and her team are extremely knowledgeable in the local area and the city of Bath itself, which helped a lot with the sale of the property in its shelf while providing excellent customer service between ourselves and the viewers. “Smart, slick and the coffee was pretty good and at a sensible price. The cakes looked good but I didn't try them. Ever since Liz Truss was in power coffee has gone up, chocolate too, I can't think why. But at £2.40 that's good compared to some places at £3.45.”
