“The staff are truly incredible! They take a marked interest in their charges; not just developmentally, but emotionally and their general wellbeing. The space is well-equipped with learning tools and fun activities, they balance indoor and outdoor time well. We have had some difficulty in the past around communication, but the current director (Tash) is excellent and so engaged. It is clear that parent feedback is weighed and implemented where possible. Would highly recommend this branch.”

“My son attended Access Creative College for 2 years, completing a Level 3 Games Development course. He left mainstream school after doing GCSEs with no love for learning and no desire to do anything very much. What a difference in just 2 years - he loved his course, made brilliant friends, and became more independent and confident by the day. He loved the course content and now has accepted a place at university. We couldn’t be happier with his experience at the Bristol campus - the staff were incredibly supportive and approachable and have given him the opportunity of a future that he had previously never considered. “I have been well looked after here by helpful friendly competent staff, including when I was unexpectedly unwell. My most recent work was a filling without anaesthetic - it was done with care and didn’t hurt. Note: Quite a lot of people come in wanting to be seen immediately with a dental problem, however they don’t do walk-in appointments. You need to dial NHS 111. John on reception patiently explains this many times every day!”

“The level of teaching is amazing, my 5yo son has gained so much more confidence since starting swimming lessons here. Tried lessons at another pool in the past and moved him due to poor teaching. The building looks very tired and could do with some real investment to tidy it up whilst keeping its historic charm.”

“Staff is very kind and very attentive with our little boy. He has been there since he was 6 months old and has always been treated with a lot of affection and attention. We often receive photos of what he does during the day, the activities that are offered to him help him develop a lot and it is always respecting his pace. The staff takes the time every day to tell us about his day and is really attentive to his well-being. Everyday he goes there with the smile, we are very glad we found this nursery for him. Food they give is also good and he eats different varieties of dishes which is nice for his development as well.”

“My son goes to this school and since we moved to Easton my son's grades have changed for the better as now he's getting on with others he's really helpful he does his home work and you couldn't keep him off school if you tried I've not heard about any bullying at this school it's mixed race everyone the same here glad we moved and changed schools thanks”
