Dental and Hygiene services are fantastic, but getting an appointment is next to impossible solely because they don't answer their phones or their lines are always engaged. It would benefit them and their patients greatly if they could figure out an online appointment service or at a minimum do the courtesy of returning calls. I've been trying to reach them for 4 months and when you work, its just not practical. Highly annoying!!”

Stopped when I needed a minuet and he was very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. As someone with autism who is scared of the dentist Dr Gaurav Sharma made a calm and welcoming environment. There's car parking outside and the entrance to the building is very well maintained, I thought it was a much newer build. The maintenance and decor continues inside and brings a very warm greeting. Upto floor 1 and in no time, I was greeted by Shannon and Ammie. All checked in, then over to Mike and his team, Alison, Sue & Gemma. Just over an hour and it was job done, no complications and an enjoyable experience. Mike and his team kept me talking and made sure I was fully OK all through the procedure. Cafe Shannon opens, time for a cuppa and the important debrief, after care plus drugs. The following day I received a follow-up call. I followed the guidelines and I'm making a full and speedy recovery. Big thank you, viva the NHS. Mick”
