“I've been coming to Grace Kingsley for just over a year now. This review is definitely a long time coming but all of the talented women who are part of the GK group deserve recognition! Lizzy has done my nails and waxing each time I have come to GK. Not only is Lizzy a wonderfully skilled beautician, but her commitment to making her clients feel gorgeous is why I've kept coming back to GK all this time! If I'm not feeling like chatting after a long day at work, Lizzy makes you feel so calm and at ease during your appointment, without making you feel the need to fill any silence! Similarly, we have definitely spent a good few hours chatting away! She's so lovely and is a true asset to this business! Millie has also done my brows a few times and is again an exceptional beautician! Her warm and bubbly personality makes a brow wax so relaxing and enjoyable! Immy provided me with an exceptional facial/massage combination today. She is a genuine star and you can see her enthusiasm and skill shine through. Not only did I feel relaxed, but I can also see a massive difference in my skin already! I cannot wait for my next appointment! You won't find a better place to meet your beauty and self care needs than GK. Grace and her team are a phenomenal addition to the industry and to Bristol! Xx”

“The staff are lovely at this salon and put you at ease immediately. They did a wonderful job of my wedding gel nails which looked amazing for two weeks and also made myself, my mum and sister look lovely for my wedding day, we asked for our make up to be fairly light and they followed the brief beautifully, our make up looked great in photos but I could not feel it at all which was perfect.”

There was a small mix up with my original stylist (which I completely understand happens) and they still got me in straight away and gave a complimentary service which I did not expect! “Popped in to see Scott and felt cheeky asking for a restyle at 5pm on a Monday but he absolutely smashed it out of the park and we had the loveliest chat with it. A gifted stylist and a beautiful soul. I've had others who would take twice as long and would charge a lot more!! The exact fresh start I needed. “Fantastic experience at Proclinic! I came here to get advice on the removal of a solar lentigo mole and had an initial consultation with John. John was very approachable and professional and as part of this consultation did a small patch test with the laser on the mole area to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. It was very reassuring to be advised that I would not be charged a fee until John was confident that the laser treatment would be successful. Following this I made a further appointment to complete the treatment and am very very happy with the result; the laser has very effectively removed the mole - 100% improvement. I would thoroughly recommend Proclinic to all.”
