“I was referred to Robyn from within the Thornbury clinic for lower back pain, having exhausted other routes of treatment. She put a tailored program in place involving stretching and light weight exercises for me to complete at home alongside a number of sessions with her at the gym. Overall my symptons definitely improved when following the program consistently. The only blocker is on me to keep the exercises going at home. The whole process was very thorough and explained well. Robyn is very professional and approachable. I would recommend working with Robyn.”
