“Really lovely setting for a light lunch. I went for the Bahia Piccante pizza which was really tasty, the pepperoni had just the right amount of kick to it. My partner had the falafel wrap and said it was very delicious as well. They had a houseplant stall in the middle where you could purchase them and I did go a bit wild in the aisles with this. All in all very reasonably priced and will be returning!”

“We visited Renatos/Pizza is Lovely on Friday night. What a fantastic experience, the service was fantastic, Francesca our waitress was very attentive and so lovely. The food its self was incredible. We went specifically for the vegan pizza but were blown away with not only the pizza but the sides and desert too. The building is quite dated but is VERY clean. An incredible Bristol find, will definitely be visiting again!”

“My brother goes there quite often for a beer and we get takeaway pizzas that are as good as any Italian restaurant. Pizza is very good quality, tasty and good value for money. Staff always polite and friendly. It's also a dog friendly pub.”

“My husband and I recently celebrated his birthday at Bath Sushi, and I cannot express how delighted we were with the entire experience. From the moment we stepped in the attentive staff, especially our helpful waitress Cherry, went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. The menu offered a delightful variety of sushi, and our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the selections and even recommending a fantastic sake for my first-time experience. The flavours of both the food and sake were simply exquisite, leaving us eager to return and try more of the menu. What truly stood out was the personal touch on my husband's birthday celebration. The staff surprised us with a rendition of "Happy Birthday" and presented a delightful moshi adorned with a candle. It was a charming touch that showcased their commitment to making the visit special. Thanks to this evening, Bath Sushi has undeniably become one of our favourite restaurants in the area, not just for its cuisine but also for the outstanding service and overall experience. “We had dinner here on Thursday evening after being rejected by the Vietnamese Noya on the same street as we hadn’t booked. It was a very busy night in Bath due to the graduation day the next day I believe. Hondu Sushi’s menu was quite extensive to include Malaysian as well. Didn’t get to try. We ordered Salmon Belly rice, Seafood stir fried noodles, Sashimi Bento, Unagi roll and cheese and crab roll. All were delicious apart from the last item. Of course something like Kraft cheese was used but the most disappointing thing was the use or crab stick. It should be called a cheese and crabstick roll to be specific because that was what I was expecting. And it was cheap. All in all service was good and food was good. Only a bit of misdescription. Service charge like many places now, is included in your final bill. Food - good Service - good Atmosphere - it’s ok- busy but not too tight. No music and not too noisy”

“The food is outstanding.. No complaints at all the only issue is the staff forgot about us and asked if we were ready for desserts before out main had even come out.. still it's a busy Saturday these things happen.. I strongly suggest you try this outstanding gaff out”

“Food there was so unique delicious, I had never tried anything like it! I will definitely be back and recommend it to friends. Cocktails were also very unique and delicious. We went there quite late for dinner time, which perhaps is what made the service a bit slow. When it went past 9pm the place became more of a bar vibe with louder music and low lights, which was fun for us but if that’s not your vibe I’d recommend going there earlier. Yet to try their breakfast/brunch but for dinner I’d recommend this place which is an excellent addition to Gloucester rd!”

“I ordered the teriyaki chicken poke bowl and frozen margarita. You order and collect your food inside and eat at an outside table, bowl was filled to the brim with lettuce, pickled vegetables, rice and the chicken. Absolutely delicious. As an aside the young woman who served us was really pleasant and helpful. I was tempted to order the large bowl as was ravenous but the regular size was very filling.”

“This is an Asian Fusion restaurant/bar/cafe in Bath. We ate at around 6 pm. The food was lovely and service was excellent. There is seating inside or outside in a lovely little courtyard. The restaurant is up a few steps and just off one of the main shopping streets in Bath. The staff were very friendly.”

“Bolero Lounge has a casual and chilled vibe. It is the kind of place you can go to when you are bored of being at home and want to get away for a couple of hours. It has a mix of a cafe and restaurant atmosphere that feels very relaxed. I often go for the atmosphere but the food is also great.”

“We didn’t have a reservation but the waitress was kind enough to let us sit at a high top to eat. We had the Sunday roast beef and roast chicken with all the sides. Wow…it was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and very flavorful. The veggies were particularly well seasoned. We then had rhubarb crunch and sticky toffee pudding and it was absolutely delicious as well. Excellent service by the bar staff who checked on us several times.”

“I was worried at first when I found out Nomu had switched from in-house kitchen, to pop ups. I shouldn't have been. The unagi kitchen food was incredible and very quickly delivered with high quality. We had a mix of veggie and meat and they were all cooked to perfection, and the sauces were flavourful. We ordered two cocktails on arrival which also hit the spot, but weren't able to order another two without going up to the bar. The restaurant was moderately busy so understandable, but would have been nice to have another. Overall, however, a great experience and would recommend to anyone.”

“Absolutely amazing, great priced dishes and drinks. Get a can of coke for £1.50 and a decent portion size for £9. You can customise your spice level, I recommend a 2 if you're not into spice a lot, 3 if you can hack a Shin ramen. 4 is decent if you regularly enjoy spice, but 5 made me see God as I flew too close to the sun. Staff are lovely and the food tastes amazing. They offer aprons and chocolate as well. Don't miss out on this food hot-spot!”

“After finding out our flight was cancelled we decided to get out heads down before travelling back the next day , and we’re glad we did , what a gem this place is , very efficient friendly and welcoming, food was delicious and the room very comfortable.This will definitely be my go to when travelling from Bristol The pub downstairs is very well run ,friendly with a warm atmosphere ,wish it was my local. “We went early in the evening on a Thursday. Wonderful place just at the top of the marina, with indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly staff, who are very welcoming and accommodating to requests. Service was quick and the food came quickly. Freshly cooked, high quality ingredients. Delicious food. Great restaurant to visit if you are in the area.”
