“Got my first tattoo here the other day; I must admit I was really nervous however Mike was terrific. I got in touch via email and he was very responsive and prompt, he helped me figure out the details for my design and really went above and beyond researching what I’d asked for and couldn’t have nailed it any better. Was very polite and helpful during my consultation; and got me booked in promptly. Extremely hygienic, spoke about what he was doing/why he was doing it whilst preparing and sanitising. Swapped gloves as necessary. Fresh needles etc. Also used Saniderm which is a preferable choice in my opinion as a tattoo wrap. Clear and concise aftercare instructions and was very open and willing to give advice. Overall would definitely come again, the atmosphere, quality of the tattoo, price and the other features were immaculate. 5/5 in my opinion!”

“My partner and I came across the Emporium showroom in Lacock and instantly fell in love with their kitchens. Charlie was incredibly friendly, and told us their whole process of designing, making and fitting their kitchens from start to finish. We booked a morning with Nigel who came to our to look at our current kitchen, which was dated, lacked space and a pain to work in. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable, and gave us some fantastic ideas we’d never thought it. Our kitchen is now done it’s better than we’d ever imagined. The team were very friendly, a great laugh to have around and so helpful along the way. You would also think handmade bespoke kitchens may not be affordable, we were amazed at the price. We can’t recommend these guys more! Thank you”

The staff were very friendly and explained everything, I even had a staff member advise me that I go slightly smaller than I originally thought - which I am so glad I did. I handed the ring over on Tuesday, and I recieved a message on Friday the same week saying it's been repaired and ready. So happy with it, fits perfectly and it's so shiny. “I went to the bakery this afternoon to grab a salt and pepper baguette. Which I literally love, little to be told that they haven’t made them in a while. It was a middle aged gentleman, with silver/white hair. He was very helpful and told me that they do make them in a pack of rolls and a bloomer as well. Obviously I grabbed the rolls and they are delicious!! Thank you sir for making my afternoon, I know Sundays aren’t easy at work.”

He was so helpful fetching stuff and giving advice, I felt like we were in a department store with our own personal shopper.
