“I popped in the store with my partner who has size 2 feet. I was greeted by a young lady called Holly, who acknowledged us while passing and asked if she could help. She came back after what she was doing and I have to say she is a breath of fresh air. Polite friendly and more than happy to assist. The level of customer service Holly gave us was nothing but outstanding. Premium customer care and Bath Sketchers are very lucky to have this bright member of Staff. If you want any Sketchers go and ask for Holly.”

“Today I visited the Hobbs store in Cribbs Causeway. I was looked after by a delightful assistant called Rebecca. She was so helpful and brought lots of accessories into the changing rooms for me to try with the dresses. She didn’t put any pressure on me to buy, but suggested I went and had a break before deciding. I hadn’t made a special appointment but was treated as if I had. I eventually went back and bought a beautiful dress and accessories and now look forward to wearing them at my son’s wedding. Thank you, Rebecca.”

“We absolutely love Toytastik! They always have wonderful games and toys stocked, including environmentally and sustainable toys, which we are passionate about. Liv & Liz are always so personal and friendly, willing to go the extra mile and offer advice any time! We were recognised from the second time we set foot in the shop and Liv's knowledge of the children of Chepstow and the surrounding area and the toys they love best is extremely impressive!! Always try to buy here instead of online as they are such a fantastic shop with wonderful values and great quality! Highly recommend!”

“This shop is a little gem in the arcade. The variety of products in beautiful African printed fabrics is amazing. I settled for this lampshade (£30) but I’ll be going back for cushions, notebooks, jewellery, greetings cards, maybe some clothes - it would be a great place for buying gifts. Everything has a luxury feel but is still reasonably priced. Also a really friendly vibe.”

“A local shop owned and run by locals. A great place to come and shop for clothing. Plenty of choice of quality clothing with up to date and modern patterns with a good range of sizes. Able to try on instore as well so one can leave knowing it all fits!. The staff very friendly and helpful. Do visit and support local businesses which in turn helps the local town as well.”

“Popped in this morning to discuss a minor, but annoying, issue with a Rab jacket. The gentleman stated he could repair it within the hour and for £12 - a fair price and exceptionally swift service. The repair is spot on. Have used a number of times in the past and always pleased with the work done. Great addition to the High Street.”

“Heather helped me to find the perfect hat for my daughters' wedding. She patiently showed me a wide range of styles and options before I chooses a hat from her hire section. Heather made a minor adjustment to the hat so that it perfectly tied in with the colours of my dress. I received lots of compliments on the day, many relating to how well the hat matched my outfit. Heather is a talented hat designer and I will be back the next time I need something for a special occasion!”

“FANTASTIC!!!.... I'm not really one for leaving reviews but after my recent experience with Zucci, I feel almost obligated!! At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.”

“I bought a pair of the Cobolt blue army boots around two years ago and they're the most comfortable, hard wearing boots I've ever owned. I'm a sculptor who works outside as well as cycling regularly so they have a very hard life. The Cobolt blue boots are made of the most amazing soft leather so I've had no problems with my feet since wearing them. They also look very stylish and cool, so I would certainly recommend them. I love them so much I've just bought a second pair as well as some brown boots for my mother.”

“One of the finest boutiques in the country. I’ve lived in many other countries and this has to be one of the most beautiful boutiques I know. The brands are of superb quality and incredibly well thought out when bought in and displayed in the shop. I always say it’s like a high end luxury sweet shop. The colours and designers from Stine Goya are artwork in their own right. The boutique is like a work of art and worth a visit even just to take it all in. The owners have class and know how to display. No wonder film crew get inspiration from them. Two stores only in Bristol Clifton Village and Bath. If you ever get the chance to visit them please do. If you absolutely love fashion in every detail then you must visit these boutiques and see for yourself. Absolutely beautiful. You will be inspired and a fan for life.”
