“I called into the HiQ tyre garage on Penarth Rd, Cardiff yesterday as I had a screw or nail lodged in one of my car tyres. The manager promptly inspected my car, removed the screw in 2 minutes and didnt charge me a fee for his time as the tyre didnt need a plug fitted. “Two young gentlemen went far out of their way to help replace my car key battery by hand. Even did a small bit of research. I insisted giving them money as it could cost a fortune but they politely refused. How kind can you get!? They did it with pleasure and kindness. “Cosy store in cosy location. Feels very friendly. However, it seems there's a slight problem with management. I picked up a tub of yoghurt and it spilled all over me.. it was open!! Also, in the big water section, there were no multi pack of normal water, only individual bottles.”

“Right. Everyone who is leaving 1 star reviews need to get a life! I shop here all the time and I have never had an issue. So do everyone a favour and cut the staff members some slack! Its not their fault if you cant take money off your nectar points and certainly not their fault if you leave your christmas shopping the last minute! They try their very best to make sure you get what you want and they don't need rude obnoxious people like you lot constantly bringing them down! They dont go to work to be harassed, to be constantly had a go at and be bullied! They are trying to do their jobs! So if for some reason you dont like it. Go and shop somewhere else! So if any staff member reads this. Don't let these reviews get to you. You're all great at your jobs!”
