“Had a good experience here as we brought our cat here. Pleased that the vet didn't try to fleece us for all our money, even saying that she won't recommend one of their products as it can be found cheaper elsewhere. That's appreciated as vets are known for trying to get every penny.”

“I’ve been in weekly for the last 8 weeks with my 3 cats with various issues. I’ve stopped going to Valley since their treatment of staff who went on strike & I’m happy with the care I’ve received from Andrea & her team. Whilst the location & nature of the business (owned by big 6) doesn’t lend itself to the same care/service as an independent, I’ve been very satisfied with the treatment received. The staff have been really patient with my and my anxious communications (I appreciate the WhatsApp service) about my terminally ill little cat. They’ve spent time helping me determine the right course of action for my girl & I’ve never felt pushed into anything, nor made to feel silly for the questions I’ve asked or choice I’ve made. Both dental treatments my cats had recently came in comfortably under the quote. And the practice is always happy to provide written prescriptions so I can find flea treatment at a price that suits my budget. I do hate the location though - both on the industrial site and the mezzanine above the store. It’s loud, doesn’t feel very secure and isn’t great when you’re going through something difficult. I’m dreading when the time comes for me to say goodbye to my girl and how exposed it’ll feel upstairs and walking through the store with my tears & grief. But what can be done? There’s not a great deal of choices in practices really. And no independent ones locally. So I’m happy with a Vet-led franchise with an owner who seems to care about her practice & the animals she sees.”

“Cannot stress how incredible the staff have all been during our recent trips. My 9 week old kitten recently became very ill and, as first time pet owners, we were really unsure and scared. The staff have been so kind, helpful and accommodating. At no point have i ever been made to feel stupid or like a bad owner for not knowing things, nor have they been condescending in any way. Theyve always explained things theyre doing and their thinking of what could be wrong. Its been a bit challenging as we havent been able to diagnose what the illness is, but i in no way blame the service for that, unfortunately sometimes it is that way. But thanks to the vets and nurses doing a great job supporting us and out kitten shes improving day by day! I phone the clinic each day to give an update on how our kitten is doing and every time they always seem so delighted to hear how shes progressing. Due to our kitten being so young her insurance isnt active yet, meaning all of this we were paying out of pocket. The staff have been incredible with this too. Theyve made sure everything they do has been within the means of what we can afford whilst still trying to solve the problem, theyve made us aware of all the options we have such as finance plans etc. and even then, i think the prices have been incredible. I was expecting to pay a LOT, and realistically weve spent less than a fraction of what i was told by friends to expect. The prices are great. All in all, id definitely recommend this vet and im so glad we chose this clinic! Bit of a long review but i really feel these staff deserve all the praise they can receive, im aware theyre “just doing their jobs” but i really feel like theyve gone above and beyond in regards to making us feel comfortable and supported :)”

“I’m a new pet owner with my very first kitten. We’ve been to Vets4Pets a few times these past few months and have only had good experiences. All vets or nurses I’ve seen have always been very patient, caring and always willing to answer any questions. They always take good care of my kitten, offering him treats and being patient with him as he’s quite timid. The treatment he receives has meant vet trips are not a big ordeal or major stress for him. As an anxious owner I truly can’t thank the practice enough for making every visit as calm and stress free as possible”
