The salon was busy, but they always assured that I was fine and offered drinks throughout the time I was there. All of the staff were very nice. I love that they are thorough and really explained all the processes involved. I do suggest maybe waiting for like 5-10 seconds for the water to get to the right temperature, as it suddenly became very hot on the scalp. Lastly, the playlist was amazing!
