We initially came in hoping to view another property, but after a conversation and a quick search from Flo, she found us the perfect place! She took time to answer all our questions, took us to view the property and offer insightful info. She was also extremely helpful when sorting out the official paperwork, involving a kind suggestion over a tricky email which really helped lower my stress! I'm aware some estate agents can be extremely pushy (especially to students) but Flo was the perfect level of honest yet thoughtful, laying out facts while remaining (what felt like) concerned primarily for our comfort / needs in our house search. Overall, my CPS experience has been wonderful simply because of Flo. She has been nothing but kind and genuinely helpful, successfully navigating a stressful time!
