βI came here due to my diagnosis and also for medication and the doctors, nurses and even receptionists are great! They will always be happy with a smile and still never be afraid to help, 5 stars!β
βBeen dealing with Becky for nearly 2 years and she is so easy to talk to, and is there to listen. Genuinely she doesnβt realise the difference she has made to my life and I canβt thank her enough.β
βThe staff were very helpful and friendly. It took a while to find, but hopefully with this new listing, it will be easier for people. On arrival your temperature is taken. Parking was not too bad. The Outpatients Department is located down a path on the left hand side, a short way after entering County hospital's grounds.β
βI have been a member of Nuffield for years and have always been happy with the Club. There are occasions when there are maintenance issues and it might take a time for them to be fixed but thatβs no different to your own home . The Club is a clean ,safe and happy place . The staff always go above and beyond to help members . The cafe is a friendly place to be in after exercise and the menu often includes special offers . I love the variety of classes with different instructors . The introduction of different classes to try for a few months has been good too ( Line dancing , Belly dancing to name but a few ) The inclusion of workshops for pain and arthritis is an excellent opportunity for people to manage their condition with the support of staff to help them on their exercise journey. The gym has a wide range of equipment and staff are always willing to help if needed . Whenever you go in the pool you realise just how lucky we are as members because it is so clean and a pleasure to swim in . Nuffield is and always will be my second home . A place to exercise , relax and enjoy being part of a very special community. I would definitely recommend you taking a look and joining.β
βI honestly love this place so much, even if it's just a hospital. Me, being the clumsy person I am, has been here many times, from broken arms to surgeries, physical therapy, etc. Every time, I've enjoyed the experience because of how respectfully I've been treated when I come here. I was terrified and crying the first time I told I had to have surgery, but the staff was so kind with me and reassured me that I would be okay. Many times I have been here, I haven't wanted to leave, and I will always remember the ward they always put me in: D7 West. Thank you, Royal Gwent Hospital, for keeping me safe.β
βI went to the audiology repair centre Tuesday afternoon for the first time and the services experienced there was first class. After a short wait the audiologist repaired and serviced both my hearing aids, gave me a large supply of batteries and filters and examined my ears. This was exemplary service.β
