When attending the practice, I was advised that I had been assigned a new Dental Surgeon, Ines Matos. Her professional attitude was second to none. She was courteuos, disciplined and very attentive to my needs. She treated me with kindness and was extrememly gentle whilst working. I cannot recommend her skills, attentiveness and professional attitude highly enough, what an absolutely superb lady. I commend ALL the staff who work at the practice and would like to thank them all.”

Was offered an appointment the same day and seen on time. 4th year student Sara was very polite, pleasant and professional. Together with her supervisor they quickly diagnosed a "dry socket" then flushed and packed it which was uncomfortable but expertly accomplished. I was kept informed at every stage as to what was being done and what to expect. Thank you.”

The hygienist, Bonnie Jones is the best around. Very gentle, her attention to detail is second to none and takes her time to listen to any concerns you may have. One thing that could be improved is Bupa installing a new airflow system. I liked having that part of the treatment.”
